Ordering Your Wedding Stationery
We understand that choosing and ordering your wedding stationery is an important part of your wedding preparations, which is why we prefer to work with you in person. If you have any questions about anything to do with our handmade wedding stationery, or you would like to place an order, please give us a call or email us so that we can guide you through the process. You can even visit us by appointment at our studio (we don’t bite!).
Wedding stationery samples
Some people are happy to order their wedding stationery from pictures while other people like to see, touch, sniff and stroke their wedding stationery before placing an order. If you're in the latter camp, you can order one of our handmade wedding stationery sample boxes so that you can sniff and stroke until your heart’s content and be absolutely sure you've found the wedding stationery of your dreams before placing your order.
There is a small charge for our sample boxes, but we will refund this in full when you place a wedding stationery order with us (we’re nice like that). Please contact us to order samples.
Handmade wedding stationery orders
Creating your handmade wedding stationery is a time-consuming process, especially with our meticulous (obsessive?!) attention to detail and our refusal to let a single wedding invitation leave our studio unless it is absolutely perfect. If you are thinking of ordering your wedding stationery from Serendipity Stars, please contact us to book your place in our design studio diary.
Because we pride ourselves on our friendly, personal service, we like to receive orders a minimum of eight (8) weeks before you require your wedding stationery so we can be absolutely sure we can meet your individual needs. It may occasionally be possible to fulfil orders with shorter timescales, so if you need your handmade wedding stationery in a hurry, please contact us and we will make every effort to meet your requirements.
If you would like to purchase your wedding stationery from Serendipity Stars, we will send you an order form and a copy of our terms and conditions. We will talk to you about any special requirements you may have and guide you through the process of choosing the wording for your wedding invitation inserts.
Paying for your wedding stationery
When you return your order form to us, we will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of your wedding stationery order. The balance of your order will be due eight (8) weeks later or two (2) weeks before your order is despatched, whichever is sooner. Save the date stationery and orders under £150 must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.
We are able to take credit and debit card payments over the phone or, if you prefer, you can send us a cheque or perform a bank transfer. Please contact us for details.
